After graduating with a degree in Marketing, Marc continued his career as a performer and in entertainment management in Theatres, Television and Cruise Ships before forming his company 'the agency' in 1999. The company's success rests on its ability to match both talent and etiquette, a winning and essential formula for success on the high seas. His eye for detail, creative flair and excellent casting ability lends itself beautifully to theatre and production shows. 'the agency' still continues to be one of the fastest growing entertainment companies, acting as both sole supplier and preferred supplier to the cruise line industry.
Award winning Kathy Ryan, began her career as a Professional Dancer and Acrobat in Theatre, Cabaret, TV and Cruising. Her talent as a Choreographer became apparent when she was asked to choreograph a theatre production with TV Celebrity Stanley Baxter. Kathy went on to work with Matt Monroe, Cilla Black and The Shadows before focusing on the growing cruise industry. As well as a choreographer, Kathy's versatility and talent shines through her design and making of exquisite costumes for Theatre Productions and many Cruise Line shows.
Patricia hails from the North East of England where after extensive dance training she set off to travel and dance around the world. She returned to the UK to perform in the famed Black and White Minstrel show as a leading dancer before catching the cruise bug and setting sail on the QE2 dancing in the show productions. Patricia formed a world class cabaret act after meeting her husband and travelled the seven seas on 5 star cruise vessels before forming Palio Productions. Her attention to detail and all round experience in show production is second to none.
